Patient Data Vault (PDV) is a health-tech company that uses AI to match cancer patients with clinical trials they may be eligible for, paired with specialized care navigation delivered by trained oncology navigators. We help patients understand their options, support them throughout the process, and connect them to the right clinical trials. We're building a clinician-led care model and growing our team.
We're looking for licensed physicians for a flexible, part-time contract role providing clinical oversight of our care-navigation program. Our specialized care navigators handle the day-to-day oncology legwork; you provide the physician supervision, clinical judgment, and patient-facing touchpoints that anchor the program.
This is a fully remote role with light, flexible hours (a few hours per week to start, with room to grow). It's well suited to a physician who wants meaningful, mission-driven contract work alongside an existing practice.
What You'll Do
- Provide physician supervision and clinical direction for our care-navigation team
- Conduct brief initial patient consultations via telehealth
- Oversee the Principal Illness Navigation (PIN) care process for oncology patients
- Review and confirm the clinical appropriateness of navigation care plans
- Collaborate with our oncology care navigators and clinical leadership
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license (MD or DO)
- Enrolled in Medicare with an active National Provider Identifier (NPI) and able to bill Medicare (required)
- Comfort practicing via telehealth
- Willingness and ability to hold licenses in multiple states
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
