Are you passionate about mental health? Join us at Ponte Vedra Psychiatry! We are a private psychiatric practice located in Ponte Vedra Beach. We work with people from ages 0-100 helping them to achieve their best state of mental health. We help children and adults with Autism, developmental delays, ADHD, anxiety, and more. We are looking for a part timefront desk receptionist for our practice.
This position requires someone who cares a great deal about patients. An ideal candidate is organized, empathetic, patient, kind, a great problem solver, and has excellent customer services skills. You will be answering phones, scheduling patients, and collecting patients payments utilizing computer and phone systems, and helping to keep the office schedule on track. This office only a few staff members, so you will need to be an organized self starter.
You must be available to work from 8:20 Am until 4:00 pm Monday - Thursday.
This position does require in person attendance.
You must be passionate about mental health and helping patients.
- You must have past medical experience with human patients in the past three years OR have worked in psychiatry or related fields (psychology, neuroscience, neurology, pediatrics ext) with patients in the recent past OR be currently pursuing a degree related to psychiatry including premed, nursing, psychology or neuroscience.
-You must have a consistent recent work history.
-You must live within 20 miles of our office.

-Ability to learn and use EHR system (Luminello) as well as the phone system and any other computer systems quickly.
- Must be very reliable
- Must have three references upon request

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
