High School Diploma/GED

Minimum 5 years of experience in the transportation industry.

Good communication skills.

Basic computer skills.

Knowledge of State, Local, and Federal regulations.
Responsibilities

Ensure customer needs are met.

Responsible for terminal compliance of State, Local, and Federal regulations.

Responsible for Facility assets.
-
Responsible for hiring and training of terminal employees.
-
Ensure employees have and use proper P.P.E.
-
Oversee dispatch for fairness, effectiveness, and efficiency.
-
Maintain a work atmosphere that represents Ergon well in the workplace, to the general public, to all customers, and potential customers.
