This role is the voice of our company, working directly with customers and workers through phone, text, and email.
What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume communication daily
- Solve issues as they happen (attendance, complaints, changes, etc)
- Build strong relationships with customers and workers
- Support recruiting and workforce needs
- Work closely with Sales and Operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator (phone-heavy role)
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with a minimum accuracy rate of 90%
- Energetic and engaging personality
- Organized and able to multitask
- Problem-solver who takes ownership
