Restaurant Gretel is looking for a new, reliable and responsible Full Time Line Cooks to join our BOH team.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work station in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
- Help with inventory checks and communicate needs to the Chef
- Bring a positive attitude and be a good team player
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food service environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working in high-volume kitchens is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts standing
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
