As a Registered Nurse at Rock River Nursing & Rehab, you will be part of a dynamic and compassionate healthcare team dedicated to providing high-quality care to our residents.Located in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, our state-of-the-art facility offers a unique blend of rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and memory care services.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and policies
Assess patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Monitor patients' conditions and report changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
Participate in staff development and continuing education programs
Requirements:
Current RN license in the State of Wisconsin
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
