About the Role
We are looking for a versatile After-Sales & Delivery Technician to join our team. This role combines hands-on technical service with customer delivery and acceptance responsibilities. You will be responsible for equipment installation, electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance, as well as coordinating on-site delivery, customer training, and acceptance sign-off. The ideal candidate has a college-level (Associate Degree) in electrical/electronics technology and practical experience in a lab, workshop, or field service environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to schedule equipment delivery and on-site arrival
● Perform on-site equipment unpacking, inspection, and inventory verification against packing lists
● Complete installation, electrical wiring, and commissioning of equipment at customer locations
● Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to complete connections
● Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational faults
● Conduct customer training on equipment operation, basic maintenance, and safety procedures
● Manage the customer acceptance process, including obtaining signed delivery/acceptance reports
● Prepare and maintain delivery documentation, service reports, maintenance logs, and failure analysis records
● Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits, answering questions about equipment operation and maintenance
● Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to resolve customer issues and improve product quality
● Manage tools, test equipment, and spare parts inventory
● Travel to customer sites as required for field service and delivery calls
Qualifications
● Education: Associate Degree (College) in Electrical Technology, Electronics, or a related field from an accredited institution
● Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical wiring, harness assembly, control panel wiring, equipment troubleshooting, or field service
● Technical Skills:
○ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
○ Proficiency with electrical test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
○ Experience with low-voltage and/or high-voltage electrical systems
○ Familiarity with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards is a plus
