Responsibilities
Assist servers by bussing tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area. Help with food handling and delivery to maintain high standards of safety and hygiene. Support the kitchen team with basic food prep tasks when needed, adhering to all food safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down tables, and restocking supplies. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest needs courteously and promptly. Support catering events or special functions with setup, serving, and cleanup duties. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures. Experience with cleaning, bussing, or supporting hospitality operations is a plus. Knowledge of the food industry or hotel experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory. Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning equipment. A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
