This position is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the complexities of government contracting, and can successfully recruit both cleared and uncleared professionals across technical, operational, and corporate functions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, program leaders, and executive stakeholders to develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality candidates in support of current and future contract requirements.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for cleared and uncleared positions supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, Space, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and corporate operations programs.
- Partner with hiring managers and program leadership to understand staffing needs, workforce planning objectives, skill requirements, and contract growth opportunities.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing professional networks, referrals, veteran organizations, social media, industry events, clearance-focused recruiting platforms, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current openings, proposal efforts, and anticipated contract awards.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, cultural alignment, and contract requirements.
- Guide candidates through the recruiting process while delivering a positive, responsive, and professional candidate experience.
- Prepare and manage offers in partnership with Human Resources, ensuring alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines.
- Support proposal recruiting, incumbent capture efforts, and transition activities, including contingent hiring strategies and labor category mapping.
- Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and applicant records in compliance with OFCCP, EEO, affirmative action, and other federal contractor requirements.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide leadership with insights related to market conditions, talent availability, compensation trends, and pipeline health.
- Represent Integrity ISR at career fairs, industry events, networking functions, and military transition programs.
- Promote and strengthen the Integrity ISR employment brand through professional and engaging candidate interactions.
