Health & Rehab Chiropractic is a busy Chiropractic Practice based in Centreville, VA. We pride in providing exceptional healthcare and customer services to the Centreville, Chantilly, Manassas and surrounding region. We are excited to announce that we are looking for another Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing business.
We are seeking a vibrant, friendly, organized, efficient, mature-minded professional to join our team to help take us to the next level. (If you have been to our clinic, you will understand having fun while being professional is SUPER important here)
We are looking for an exceptional chiropractic assistant/receptionist, who has:
- Great telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent in computer skill (Mad skills in social media is a bonus)
- Ability to work under pressure, handle a busy and fast-paced environment whilst simultaneously being a fabulous host for our clients
- Proficient in English and Spanish (a must)
- A desire to be challenged to learn new skills and grow into roles as needed
- A strong work ethic with a willingness to go the extra mile, is proactive, organized, reliable and consistent in their work
- Step up to use initiative and solve problems
- Highly efficient and great attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team of different personality (our days involve but not limited to: seriousness, structured routine, organized chaos, lots of laughter & coffee)
- Experience in a similar health care support role would be favorable but not essential (P.S. our previous successful hire didn’t have a health industry/reception background)
The role
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Setting up patients on therapies
- Maintaining patient records and respect confidentiality
- Comply with clinic policies and procedures
- Maintaining office presentation, general cleaning duties
- Involvement in marketing and public relations projects
- Provide general reception and office support, taking and processing payments, answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments.
- On-going training will be provided
Hours
- This position is part-time, 16 – 20 hours per week with the potential for extra hours covering shifts for staff illness and planned leave.
- Applicants MUST be able work Monday to Friday 2:30pm to 6:30pm.
- Flexibility with hours is preferred but not essential.
- Our normal clinic hours are 9am – 6.30pm Mon – Fri
- This job is to cover a staff member on leave to approximately the end of December 2026.
