Duties
- Engage with customers in a lively and friendly manner to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable plans and devices
- Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and outreach to potential clients in the community or nearby businesses
- Upsell high-end devices and service packages to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Negotiate deals confidently, closing sales efficiently and building long-term customer relationships
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, assisting with inventory control, and ensuring product availability
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, outside sales, or B2B (business-to-business) sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling communication with diverse customer bases
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities
- Ability to work well within a team environment while managing individual sales goals
Qualifications
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- At least 18 years of age
- A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
