Smyrna Auto Sales LLC has been in business since 2007. We work hard to maintain a great reputation. We do not believe in "Games or Gimmicks" to sell vehicles. In order to be a great sales person it is our belief that (1) You need to be able to talk with customers easily (2) You must be Honest and Friendly (3) Need to be able to find out what customers are looking for and what their budget is. We don't believe in being pushy.
At Smyrna Auto Sales we do not do commission pay, instead we offer an hourly pay with a bonus incentive based on sales for the month. This way our customers can budget for their monthly bills. We also don't work long hours like new car dealerships. Our salespeople usually will work an average of 44 hours per week. We are open 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday. Our employees are off every Sunday plus 1 weekday.

## Job Summary
Employee must have valid driver's license and good driving record. No criminal records (Felony). Need to be good at talking with customers. Some basic computer skills. (Social media knowledge a plus).
## Duties
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and sales
- Assist clients by answering their questions
- NO COLD CALLING
-Answering telephones as needed
## Qualifications
-Bilingual would be helpful but not required
- Strong communication skills in English
- Previous experience in retail environment is a plus
-Self motivated
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
