Duties
- Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, straight razor shaves, beard trims, and grooming consultations
- Utilize Booksy software to schedule appointments, process transactions, and manage client records efficiently
- Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning tools, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to health regulations
- Offer personalized product recommendations through retail sales of hair care
- Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, answering phone calls, and supporting store management operations
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license issued by the state of New Jersey
- Proven experience in barbering with expertise in haircuts, beard trims, and grooming techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and provide personalized consultations
- Demonstrated proficiency in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Passion for continuous learning in new grooming trends

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
