The Screen Print | DTF Print Operator is responsible for setting up and operating printing equipment to produce high-quality custom apparel and transfers. This role requires precision, speed, and a strong understanding of garment printing techniques. The ideal candidate has experience in screen printing, DTF printing, or both, and thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven production environment.

Set up and operate screen printing and/or DTF printing equipment

Maintain and clean printing equipment, screens, platens, and related tools

Prepare artwork, films, and screens for production (screen printing as applicable)

Load and unload garments or transfer sheets accurately and efficiently

Perform quality control checks throughout production, ensuring color accuracy, alignment, and print quality

Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in accordance with company safety standards

Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals and deadlines

Collaborate with design, production, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate order execution

3+ years of experience operating screen printing or DTF machinery (preferred)

Familiarity with heat press equipment and DTF transfer processes/Screen Printing

Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work

Basic computer skills for reviewing digital files and job instructions

Reliable, punctual, and teamoriented
Bonus Skills: (Not Required)

Experience with RIP software or DTF printing software

Knowledge of pretreatment and curing processes

Color matching or Pantone experience
