American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience for a weekend overnight travel contract at a Level III trauma center in Sierra Vista, AZ.

Work in the CT/X-Ray department of a 120-bed Level III trauma hospital located in southeastern Arizona
-
Patient population includes pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
-
1:1 patient ratio
-
Common diagnoses and cases include PE, GI bleed, CVA, and trauma
-
Equipment includes GE Revolution Maxima 128-Slice CT, GE X-Ray, and GE Portable
-
EMR system is Cerner with Optum PACS
-
Weekend overnight shifts: Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (36 hours/week)

No call or float requirements

Minimum of 2 years of CT and X-Ray experience

ARRT (R)(CT) certification required
-
AZDHS (Arizona Department of Health Services) licensure required; license required if applicable

AHA BLS certification required
-
Associate's degree from an accredited Radiology program required

Proficiency with CT scanning, X-Ray, and general computer systems

Must be able to work with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations

Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

AHA certifications required for consideration

Perform CT and X-Ray imaging for a wide range of diagnoses including PE, GI bleed, CVA, and trauma cases

Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible

Candidates who are currently employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible

Scrubs in any color are acceptable; acrylic nails, baseball hats, and t-shirts (except on Fridays) are not permitted
