Schedule
Sat/Sun 7a-7p & every other Mon/Fri 11a-7p
This position will also include Work From Home-On Call hours and additional office hours as needed to cover vacations etc.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain electronic schedules of clients & employees
- Confirms and coordinates client & employee schedules; establishing & building rapport on daily basis
- Uses customer service skills to, initially, troubleshoot & resolve employee and client complaints; referring to scheduling coordinator supervisor as appropriate
- Monitors caregiver clock-in & clock-out report, care notes for completion and signatures to ensure timely payroll reporting
- Enter potential client & new client information into the system, as needed; electronically update client orders
- Attend daily report meeting
- Works collaboratively with & responds to direction from Lead Scheduling Coordinator, along with completing additional tasks/projects requested by the Scheduling Coordinator Supervisor
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Organized

- Positive attitude
- Prior customer service experience; is preferred
- Prior scheduling experience; is preferred
Pay: $18.00 per hour
