Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a memorable experience
- Assist with food handling, basic math calculations for billing, and cash handling procedures accurately
- Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, resetting stations, and assisting with food preparation when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain training in sanitation and food handling procedures
- Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
