We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, and resources while ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction and ability to stay in budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Duties
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings to review project status, address challenges, and celebrate milestones.
- Manage risks by identifying potential issues early and developing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to standards and best practices in project management.

- Proficiency in scope management.
- Familiarity with construction and renovation principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
