Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental hygiene, patient care, and clinical procedures, with a focus on promoting optimal oral health. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in patient education, preventive care, and supporting the overall success of our practice.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and polishing procedures to maintain and improve patients’ oral health.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs and medical history review, to ensure safe treatment planning.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive measures, and treatment options tailored to their needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and medical histories in electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Fuse
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed, including aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures.
- Collaborate with the dental team to optimize patient care, and uphold HIPAA regulations for patient privacy.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current CPR certification.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care; ability to educate patients effectively on oral health practices.

Pay: $42.00 - $47.50 per hour
