What Youll Do:
Working under the guidance of our Landscape Construction Lead, you will learn the art of high-end outdoor transformation through the lens of the The Britescape Way.
Your daily work will include:
Hardscape & Structure: Learning to install garden pathways, small retaining walls, and professional-grade pressure washing.
Horticultural Skills: Performing lawn renovations, planting installations, removals, and fertilization.
Logistics & Teamwork: Managing materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery and a safe work environment.
Problem Solving: Troubleshooting on-site issues and communicating progress to project managers using Aspire software.
Growth Mindset: A willingness to work outdoors year-round and a desire to master new skills.
Reliability: Dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to show up for your team.
Physicality: Ability to lift and move at least 75 lbs throughout the day.
Requirements: A valid Drivers License with a clean driving record and legal work authorization.
Experience: Experience is a plus, but we will provide training for candidates who show the right attitude and aptitude.
Pay Range: $26.00 $29.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience).
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
