We are currently looking for weekday morning help as well as weekend availability.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks using professional equipment such as espresso machines and blenders
- Operate Square POS System
- Manage time efficiently to serve customers promptly during busy periods while maintaining quality standards
- Drive the Travelin' Tom's truck to and from events in a safe and timley manner
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with food handling regulations
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answer questions about menu items, and promote sales of featured products
- Handle cash transactions accurately, perform retail math calculations, and manage cashiering responsibilities
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in food service within cafés or retail environments is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and food safety practices
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a mobile setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management
- Must be 18 years or older and posses a valid drivers license
