Hitting Instructor - Now hiring in Pflugerville and Georgetown/Liberty Hill
Role Description
The Hitting Instructor is responsible for teaching the swing to players ranging from youth level to professional athletes. Infinite Hitting’s objective is to get baseball and softball players game-ready. This role’s daily tasks include teaching players the baseball and softball swing, planning lessons, leading camps and clinics, reviewing game videos, and building players' confidence through results.
Currently seeking part time of full time candidates for 15-40 hours a week.

Duties & Responsibilities
Operations
Get clients game-ready and help them accomplish their goals
- Conduct lessons
- Implement the Infinite Way hitting program
- Work with players to improve swing
- Develop players on mechanics and metrics
- Encourage and strengthen customer relationships
- Maximize players' results in games
- Help accomplish players' goals
- Act as a baseball coach or softball coach, working with players to develop their character as individuals and better their performance on the field.
- Run camps and clinics
Customer Relations
Ensure clients are satisfied with their results by fostering a customer-centric culture
- Give recognition to clients who are reaching their goals
- Manage re-evaluations to ensure clients are on track to achieve their goals
Leadership
Attend meetings
- Come prepared to participate as needed
- Exemplify core values and company culture within the Clubhouse
- Baseball Coach and Softball Coach with a lead by example mentality
Skills & Qualifications
- Playing at the collegiate or professional level is required
- Baseball Coach or Softball Coach experience is preferred
- Be available during hours of operation: Monday through Friday 2pm - 9:30pm, Saturdays 9:45-3, Summer camps and clinics earlier in the day during the summer
- Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven record as a leader
- Be a self-starter
- Reliable and punctual to meet work commitments and adhere to schedules
- Exhibit a customer-centric approach, maintaining patience when interacting with clients
- Possesses exceptional physical fitness to handle tasks that require strength and endurance for optimal job performance
Pay: $900.00 - $1,100.00 per week
