NIGHT TIME / DAY POSITION!
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in culinary arts and food preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Assist in all areas of food production as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as knives, stoves, ovens, etc.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is a plus
