Supervise and coordinate the activities and personnel associated with the charge make up and processing of air melt and remelted products.

Make up least cost charges for heats utilizing computer modeling.

Direct efforts of the Scrap Yard employees.

Responsible for receipt of raw materials both quality and quantity.

Order raw materials necessary to meet production requirements.

Manage Raw Material Inventory and balance inventory with Melt Shop Accountant.

Monitor performance of operating supplies and inventory.

Assist in the development, establishment, and monitoring of Safety Rules and Regulations.
