About the Role
We're hiring motivated, people-first canvassers to generate qualified roofing appointments in your local market. This is a door-to-door, in-field role — you'll be talking to homeowners, sparking interest, and setting appointments for our sales team to close. No cold calling from a desk — you're out in the field, making real connections.

What You'll Do

Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door to identify homeowners interested in roofing services

Represent the company professionally and build trust quickly with homeowners

What We're Looking For

Customer-facing experience preferred (retail, sales, hospitality, etc.)

Comfortable with face-to-face conversations and door-to-door outreach

Self-motivated, coachable, and reliable

Able to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods for extended periods
