Direct Care Professional

Part-time and Substitute (as needed) positions available
Pay Rate starts at $14.28 per hour and increases with experience.
Must be available Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays.
Time and a half pay for Holidays.

Job Duties:

Medication Monitoring
-
Assistance in client homes (on site) with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)

Driving clients to appointments/ activities in an agency vehicle (SUV/ truck)

General property/household chores
-
Ability to complete documentation on the computer (electronic medical record)

Provide human services assistance and advocacy for our clients living with chronic mental health disorders.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Pass Initial Screening, PA Criminal, and Motor Vehicle Clearances

Physically able to complete CPR/ First Aid and Safe Crisis Management Training

Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
