Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components and devices with precision, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining high-quality production output. Duties
- Assemble components accurately per work instructions and samples using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Hand solder, Cutting and/or Prepping components and/or wires
- Able to work either sitting or standing
- Perform other tasks as needed (i.e. labeling product)
- Conduct quality checks through each stage of production
- Handle manual tasks such as lifting (10-20 lbs., typically; 20-50 lbs., occasionally), positioning, and securing parts while adhering to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols for safety
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are properly stored for optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet production goals and ensure continuous workflow
- Schedule: M-F: 7:30a - 4p
Skills
- Strong ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions in English
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Willing to work with hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment; Prior experience with any or all of these is even better
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Reliable, dependable, with good work ethics. Willing to learn and punctual.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
