Stillwaters Resort is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is essential to delivering a seamless, memorable stay from arrival through departure. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival

Complete check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently

Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a service-first attitude

Answer and route phone calls courteously and promptly

Process reservations, room changes, and account adjustments

Maintain accurate guest records and payment documentation

Coordinate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management

Uphold resort policies, procedures, and brand standards

Keep the front desk and lobby areas tidy, inviting, and guest-ready
Qualifications & Skills

Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Basic computer literacy; experience with property management systems a plus

Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual

Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
