What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee large-scale electrical construction projects from kickoff to closeout
- Lead and manage superintendents, foremen, and field crews across multiple scopes
- Drive production, scheduling, and manpower planning to hit aggressive deadlines
- Coordinate with GCs, project managers, inspectors, and clients
- Enforce strict safety standards (OSHA compliance) and quality control
- Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving forward
What You Bring
- 10+ years of electrical construction experience (commercial or industrial)
- Proven track record as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
- Strong leadership—ability to manage large crews and multiple job sites
- Deep knowledge of NEC code, blueprints, and project scheduling
- Experience with high-voltage systems, switchgear, distribution, and controls
- Ability to drive production while maintaining safety and quality
Compensation & Perks- Pay is up to $50/hour, locals at this time
