Job Summary
Clemens & Associates is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Irrigation & Low Voltage Lighting Technician to join our team. This role is vital in managing and executing high-quality irrigation systems and low voltage lighting installations. As a leader in this position, you will oversee daily operations, supervise technicians, and coordinate maintenance and installation tasks.
Duties
- Lead the installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems and low voltage lighting setups across various landscape projects
- Supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to schedule work efficiently and meet project deadlines
- Conduct site assessments to determine irrigation needs, landscape health, and lighting design specifications
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental best practices
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and system performance for ongoing client support
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape irrigation systems, and low voltage lighting installation
- Supervising experience leading teams of technicians in outdoor environments
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Familiarity with maintenance procedures for irrigation systems and low voltage lighting equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and implement effective solutions
- Valid certifications related to irrigation (such as Certified Irrigation Contractor) or electrical work are a plus but not mandatory
- Bilingual a plus
- Clean driving record and references required. Attention to detail, along with ability to use mobile app work systems, document daily work, produce details for invoicing and communicate effectively with other team members is required.
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
