Knapheide Truck Equipment Center (KTEC) in Garner, NC is looking to hire a full-time Team Leader to delegate, coordinate, and execute the production of custom-built work truck bodies and equipment. This full-time position works Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM; overtime as needed or required.

What you'll be doing:

Provide guidance, instruction, and support to team members
-
Ensure best practices are being followed throughout the facility

Conduct regular safety talks
-
Report all accidents/incidents, conduct investigations, and act of recommendations

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality

Work directly with the sales team members to set priorities, resolve issues, and communicate build status
Experience you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of industry related experience

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
