We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable team player to help keep production moving for some of the nation’s top brands. This role plays a key part in getting high-volume print jobs out the door — from cutting and finishing to packaging and shipping.
This position is for 2nd or 3rd shift, supporting off-shift production needs and helping ensure work continues to move efficiently outside of standard daytime hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kit & pack daily print-on-demand orders — gather printed products, shrink-wrap, package, and prepare shipments
Operate and maintain bindery equipment, including booklet-making machines
Perform finishing work such as cutting (guillotine), folding, and general bindery tasks
Handle high-volume items like business cards with strong attention to detail
Support the team in meeting daily production goals and tight deadlines
Jump in where needed across production to keep work moving efficiently
Play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in bindery and print finishing is preferred
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
Reliable, organized, and able to keep up in a high-volume environment
Comfortable with hands-on work such as lifting, packaging, and shipping
Willingness to learn and take on different tasks as needed
