This position focuses on preparing ingredients and menu items that help keep our kitchen running smoothly throughout the day. You'll play an important role in ensuring our guests receive safe, fresh, and high-quality food while working alongside a team that values excellence, teamwork, and personal growth.
Pay
Starting at $14.50/hr, with opportunities for increased pay based on availability, experience, and performance.

Responsibilities
- Prepare cold and hot menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Complete food preparation tasks including slicing, portioning, marinating, and stocking ingredients
- Maintain organization and inventory levels throughout the kitchen
- Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and kitchen maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Work closely with kitchen team members and leaders to support daily operations
- Assist in other Back of House positions as needed
Scheduling Expectations
- Day Shift Only: ability to start at 5:45 am/6:00 am/7:00 am.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods throughout the shift
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No restaurant experience required; training provided
- Food prep, kitchen, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
