Job Summary
Here at Pineapple Homes with talk Realty we are a top producing team that is lead by one of the top brokers in the country. We offer a ton of support and training for new agents, as well as consistent lead flow and advancement for more established agents. Our office is a pet friendly team environment located conveniently in Manoa and we are looking to add a few more driven agents to our team. Not licensed? That's ok, we can help you get started. People who do well in this role typically have a service or sales background.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, potential buyers, and other real estate professionals.
- Market and promote properties using various tools and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and local regulations
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid real estate license in the state of Hawaii or the willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of real estate principles and practices is helpful but not required.
- Ability to learn new technologies
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license
- Licensed as Hawaii realtor, enrolled in pre-licensing class or about to enroll
