Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, experienced Housekeeper/Cook to provide exceptional household support for a private client in Columbia, Missouri. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining a clean, organized home and preparing delicious, home-cooked meals.
The ideal candidate is professional, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a comfortable and well-maintained home environment.
Responsibilities
- General housekeeping and cleaning throughout the home
- Prepare nutritious, home-cooked meals based on the client's preferences
- Laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing
- Change bed linens and maintain tidy living spaces
- Organize household items and maintain cleanliness
- Grocery shopping and meal preparation as needed
- Perform other household tasks as requested by the client
Qualifications
- Cooking experience is required. Applicants must be comfortable preparing a variety of home-cooked meals.
- Previous housekeeping or household management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a private home
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
