Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator who understands the full embroidery process—from file prep to final product. This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing, can work independently, and takes ownership of their production output.
You will be responsible for managing embroidery jobs from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and top-tier quality on every order.
What You’ll Do
Order Organization & Preparation
- Review work orders to understand design specs, thread colors, and placement
- Pull and organize garments (shirts, hats, bags, etc.) for production
- Select proper hoops, stabilizers, and thread for each job
Hooping & Setup
- Measure and mark garment placement accurately
- Hoop garments cleanly to prevent shifting or distortion
- Load and manage embroidery files and color sequences
Machine Operation
- Operate multi-head embroidery machines efficiently
- Monitor production and address issues immediately (thread breaks, bobbin changes, etc.)
- Perform basic maintenance (cleaning, oiling, upkeep)
Finishing & Quality Control
- Remove garments from hoops and clean backing
- Trim threads and ensure a clean final product
- Inspect all items for quality before packaging
- Prepare completed orders for shipment or customer pickup
Daily Workflow & Team Coordination
- Organize and prioritize daily production workload
- Ensure all jobs are production-ready before starting
- Communicate clearly with team members on priorities and deadlines
- Adjust workflow throughout the day to keep production on track
- Identify and communicate potential issues proactively
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating commercial embroidery machines (Barudan, etc.)
- Ability to prepare files and execute jobs independently
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Organized, dependable, and proactive
- Team player with strong communication skills
Work Environment & Expectations
- This is an in-person role in a production facility
- You must maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- You will be expected to follow production systems and processes
- You may interact with team members and customers—professionalism is required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Company Holiday Break:
- Paid time off from December 23th through January 2nd (6–8 days)
Paid Time Off (PTO):
- 10 days during the first year of full-time employment
- 12 days after 2 years
- 15 days after 5 years
- PTO must be approved in advance and does not carry over year to year
