Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Mechanic - II to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems within a manufacturing facility. Duties
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical components to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical diagnostics using schematics, electrical blueprint reading, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
- Conduct repairs using welding (including welding), mechanical knowledge, and precision measuring instruments to restore equipment functionality swiftly.
- Utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and analysis skills to identify root causes of failures and implement effective solutions.
- Diagnose issues with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems, utilizing tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters for accurate measurements.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to guide repairs and maintenance activities.
- Operate field service equipment including scissor lifts safely while adhering to safety protocols related to HVAC/R systems and industrial electrician standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting pneumatic systems and implementing process improvements.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records within CMMS software, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by supporting internal teams with technical expertise during equipment upgrades or repairs.
Experience
- Proven industrial mechanic experience within a manufacturing facility environment.
- Strong background in electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting pneumatic systems, hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical repairs.
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical blueprint reading is essential.
- Familiarity with welding techniques including welding, as well as the use of precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, schematics interpretation, and engineering troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts safely in compliance with safety regulations.
- Prior experience with CMMS software for maintenance tracking is preferred.
- Excellent analysis skills combined with strong customer service orientation; military background or field service experience is a plus.
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills are advantageous for global operations.

Pay: $32.64 - $39.31 per hour
