Taylor Chapel Preschool Academy is growing and looking to hire! We are looking for people who are knowledgeable in the field of Early Childhood and want to have the flexibility to plan, create and implement their own style in teaching.
Our main objectives are to provide a developmentally appropriate program in a caring, Christian environment that builds a solid foundation for their formal education.
As a Lead Teacher, these are some of the tasks that you will be handed:
- Work with a teacher assistant
- Lesson planning and preparation
- Ensure the classroom environment is safe and clean.
- Recognize issues students are facing and implement solutions.
- Document student progress and communicate with parents to keep them informed.
- Comply with state and school rules and regulations.
- Attend all training classes, parent conferences, and faculty meetings.
- Help throughout the school whenever needed/Team player
- Help with positive communication with staff and students
Additional Requirements:
- Solid understanding of classroom activities and teaching best practices.
- Must have a compassionate and positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Available Monday - Friday (7:00AM - 4:00PM)
