Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough analysis of electrical systems to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement enhancements
- Oversee the integration of electrical hardware into larger systems, coordinating with mechanical and software teams for seamless operation
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including design reports, test procedures, and validation plans
- Support manufacturing processes by providing technical guidance during production and assembly phases
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions that improve system efficiency and reliability
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles
- Proven experience in designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems in an industrial or technological setting
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety protocols such as NEC (National Electrical Code) or IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) standards
- Proficiency with electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN) for schematic creation and modification
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly to stakeholders at all levels
