Position: Lead Pizza Cook
We’re looking for a strong, experienced Lead Pizza Cook to take ownership of our pizza program and lead the team from the front.
This role goes beyond the line—you’ll be responsible for driving product quality, leading and developing the pizza cook team, and holding standards high every shift. You’ll work closely with leadership on menu development, dough consistency, and execution while setting the tone for performance and accountability.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the pizza cook team day-to-day
- Ensure consistent, high-quality product every service
- Train, coach, and hold the team accountable to standards
- Oversee dough production, prep, and station readiness
- Collaborate on new menu items and specials
- Maintain speed, cleanliness, and organization in a high-volume environment
Schedule:
- Primarily morning shifts with some evenings/nights as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in high-volume pizza kitchens
- Strong leadership presence and attention to detail
- Experience with hand-tossed dough and dough production
- Ability to run a station and a team under pressure
- Passion for quality, consistency, and team success
