Pilot Painting LLC is hiring an experienced painter to join our professional crew serving the Charles Town, WV area. We're looking for someone who takes pride in clean, high-quality work and wants steady, year-round hours instead of the feast-or-famine schedule common in this trade.

What You'll Do
Perform interior and exterior residential and light commercial repaints
Prep, protect, and clean up job sites to a professional standard
Work efficiently as part of a small, organized crew
Represent Pilot Painting LLC professionally on every job site
What We're Looking For
3+ years of professional painting experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Own basic hand tools (company supplies sprayers, ladders, and bulk materials)
Attention to detail and pride in your work
Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders/lifts as needed
