Job description:
SQP has an immediate opening for a Commercial Construction Project Manager experienced in commercial vertical and civil construction to support new projects in West Virginia.

Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing construction projects of $2M or greater in individual size with scopes including civil, infrastructure and vertical construction
- Detail oriented, organized and results driven with a sense of urgency
- Exceptional knowledge of general building code
- Strong computer and technical skills with project management software experience (Procore preferred)
Experience:
- Commercial construction project management: 2 years (Preferred)
- Procore: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: West Virginia
All applicants will be kept confidential. This is a full-time position with occasional evening and weekend requirements as well as regional overnight travel as required.
$65-$90k base salary dependent upon experience plus project-based performance incentives.
