Position: Experienced Nail Technician
Requirements:
- Proficient in acrylic application — able to complete a full set in 1 hour (polish not included)
- Gel X experience a plus; we're happy to train on this specific technique
- This role is for trained technicians. If you need foundational nail training, this isn't the right fit yet, but stay in touch, because we are growing.
Compensation: $14-16/hour plus tips, OR 50/50 commission — whichever is higher.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with real precision and care
- Apply acrylics, dip powder, Gel X, and nail art with creativity and confidence
- Keep your station clean and organized
- Build real relationships with clients and educate them on nail care (because at The Golden Room, it's relationships first)
- Confidently recommend, not just suggest, the right products and services for each client
- Pitch in on team cleaning duties so our space always feels welcoming and professional

- A skilled technician with strong acrylic application, nail art, and (ideally) structured gel skills
- Someone who leads with hospitality , great communication and genuine customer care
- A team player who thrives in a positive, hardworking environment
