Longfellow's Coffee in Kinnelon, NJ is looking for 1 Barista to join our team. Our ideal candidates are attentive, punctual, and engaged.
We are looking for part time employees who are able to work throughout the year. A candidate who is flexible with scheduling throughout the week is preferred. Weekend availability is required.
Longfellow's Coffee in Kinnelon is a small, fast paced drive-thru only coffeehouse with a focus on excellent beverages, food and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Execute daily operations of the shift and ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a barista or other foodservice position
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
