Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, following established protocols.
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of hallways and public spaces.
- Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting to uphold hygiene standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning schedules efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, floor care equipment, and industrial cleaning supplies.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service expectations.
- Experience managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
