- Document patient encounters and procedures accurately and timely in the EMR.
- Contribute to a positive, efficient clinic flow while maintaining compassionate patient care.Continue developing dermatology knowledge through hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing learning.
- Represent the practice professionally and help build trust with patients and the surrounding community.
Qualifications:
- Current Illinois Physician Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Dermatology experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and genuine interest in dermatology.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians and staff.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinic setting.
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow clinically over time.
- Interest in becoming a long-term part of the practice and community.
