Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Environmental Sales Representative / Project Manager to drive business growth and manage environmental projects from start to finish. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop new client relationships, expand our market presence, and lead complex environmental projects with confidence. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with project management expertise to deliver exceptional service and sustainable solutions. United I looking for a seasoned Sales Representative / Project Manager who has experience in environmental compliance, performing job walks, cost estimating, and project management. Particularly seeking someone with experience in planning and managing environmental spill response services.
Job Function
- Responsible for activities related to the control and monitoring of customers’ non-hazardous and hazardous waste streams including sampling, removal, packing, and disposal
- Ensure that the customer meets, and complies, with all applicable regulations at the Federal, State, and local levels
- Recruit new customers via book of business, cold calling and office presentations
- Perform job walks and provide clients with sales quotes
- Coordinate with client and United’s field personnel to complete projects in an efficient manner with all the appropriate documentation
- Manage book of business and profitability of projects performed
- Attend industry conferences to enhance expertise, and to network and build customer base
- May perform other tasks as assigned by Manager
Qualifications
- Certifications or degree in Environmental Management or related field
- 40-Hr HAZWOPER, confined space entry, and DOT trained
- California driver license, Class C
- Working knowledge of federal and state waste classifications
- Knowledge and experience in sample collection and preservation
- Knowledge and experience in performing job walks, cost estimating, and project management in the environmental field
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in the English language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Able to plan and manage large contracts in an efficient manner
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
- Responsible, outgoing, and professional team player

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
