Overview
We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician to lead 3rd shift operations. This role is hands-on with machine setup and troubleshooting, while also acting as the point of escalation for production, quality, and safety issues when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust injection molding machines
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues
- Monitor quality and production output
- Support and guide operators during the shift
- Step in on escalations beyond Line Lead level
- Complete basic production documentation
- Ensure safe handling of materials and equipment
Experience
- 5+ years in plastic injection molding/manufacturing
- Strong troubleshooting and machine setup experience
- Ability to lead a shift and make decisions when issues arise
- Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or overhead cranes
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
Shift
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
