Experienced Barber – Join Our Men’s Barber Lounge in Colorado Springs!
Pay: Guaranteed hourly pay and tips. (W-2 Employment)
The Cavern Men’s Barber Lounge is growing fast and we’re looking for a passionate, skilled barber to join our team at our location: 4730 Centennial Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO.
We’re a detail-oriented, client-focused shop with a relaxed atmosphere. Our goal is simple: deliver a refined, high-quality grooming experience every time while building real relationships with our guests. We have a strong brand, loyal clientele, and a supportive team environment where professionalism meets a laid-back barbershop feel.
We’re open to licensed cosmetologists who want to transition into barbering and are committed to continuing their education toward a full barber license. We can provide more information and help on a cross-over program with a school we've been working with in Denver.
What You’ll Bring (We’re Flexible for the Right Fit):
-Active Colorado barber or cosmetology license
-2+ years behind the chair (strong technical skills in fades, shear work, beard sculpting, and straight razor services preferred)
-Professional appearance, great communication, and a genuine desire to build long-term client relationships
-Reliability, attention to detail, and a clean/organized workstation
-Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and growth
