Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the facility buildings, grounds and equipment. Do complete preventive maintenance. Complete daily rounds of the facility in mornings and weekends. Plumbing, carpenter, and electrical work. Complete work orders as assigned with minimal assistance. Lawn care and snow removal as needed. Complete fire drills. Problem solving on your own.
